News – IHA Participates in Special Drug Management Roundtable

On September 29th, 2009  IHA will participate with four pharmaceutical companies and four major insurance companies in a focused roundtable discussion on managing the cost and pipeline for specialty drugs.  Facilitated by Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy Regional Dean, Richard Leff and hosted by The Health Industry Council of North Texas, the roundtable will result in a white paper produced for a physician audience that outlines some of the issues with drug cost management, allocation, and life cycle for disease states such as cancer.
